Cantilever, T-pole, dual-cantilever
We build the three structural archetypes that fit 95% of commercial parking layouts. Cantilever for single-loaded stalls, T-pole for double-loaded rows, dual-cantilever for premium customer-facing lots.
Solar Carports
Single-contract EPC: structural engineering, electrical design, permitting, construction and commissioning. We build cantilever, T-pole and dual-cantilever canopies sized to your stalls — 30 to 60 ft column-free spans, code-compliant in every California county.
A solar carport is the single highest-utility upgrade you can make to a commercial parking lot. It generates power onsite during the same hours your business uses it, shades vehicles and employees, qualifies for the full federal Investment Tax Credit, and — done right — pays itself back in roughly 4 years on California's commercial tariffs. We design every project as a single-contract EPC: one schedule, one warranty, no finger-pointing between a steel vendor and an electrician.
What we deliver
We build the three structural archetypes that fit 95% of commercial parking layouts. Cantilever for single-loaded stalls, T-pole for double-loaded rows, dual-cantilever for premium customer-facing lots.
Wind, seismic and snow loads engineered for your AHJ. We stamp drawings in California and pull anchor design from the soil report, not a stock spec sheet.
Premium-tier 540–600 W bifacial modules and your choice of string or central inverters. We size the array to your interconnection limit, not a panel-count target.
We file with your county or city building department, manage corrections, coordinate fire-authority sign-off and handle the utility interconnection package. You stay out of the weeds.
We trench EV-grade conduit and pre-size the panel during the carport build, so adding chargers later costs a fraction of a brownfield retrofit.
Structural and weather warranties stamped in California. Optional O&M with 24/7 production monitoring and an annual incentives-paperwork service.

How it works
Send us your address and a recent utility bill. In 48 hours you get a production estimate, an ITC/MACRS/SGIP cash-flow model, and a rough fit-check based on the parking layout.
Site-specific structural and electrical design. Transparent pricing, real timeline, full 30-year cash-flow modeling. CFO-ready.
We file with your AHJ and the utility, mobilize, build and commission. Typical 6–9 months from contract to PTO.
Optional O&M with 24/7 monitoring, performance guarantees and annual incentive paperwork. You keep the savings, we keep the system humming.
Frequently asked
About 25 stalls is the practical minimum (~75 kW). Below that, soft costs dilute the per-watt economics; above that, every additional stall improves IRR. Most of our clients sit between 100 and 1,000 stalls.
Typical timeline from signed contract to Permission to Operate (PTO) is 6–9 months for projects under 1 MW, and 9–14 months for larger projects. Permitting and utility interconnection — not construction — usually drive the schedule.
No. We design the canopy footprint around the existing stall layout. The columns sit on stripe lines or stall-end medians, so you keep every stall.
Yes. We engineer to ASCE 7-22 with site-specific wind, seismic and snow loads, and stamp drawings in California. Every project is reviewed by a licensed Professional Engineer.
You can add it later. We trench EV-grade conduit and pre-size the electrical panel during the carport build, so brownfield charger installs later cost a fraction of a separate trenching project.
A standalone solar carport will shut down during a grid outage for safety. If continuous operation matters, we pair the carport with battery storage so the site can island and ride through PSPS events.
Most of our projects are direct-purchase (you own it and capture every incentive). We also support PPA and lease structures via partner financiers when the tax position favors it.
Federal ITC (30% base, up to 50%+ stacked with adders), MACRS bonus depreciation, California SGIP if storage is included, CALeVIP for any EV chargers, and utility-specific demand-charge reduction. We model the full stack into the proposal.
